The legacy began with the dedicated duo, Dr. J. Koti Nagaiah and Dr. J. Venkata Lakshmi. Setting their roots in Tenali, they dedicated three decades to the care of mothers and children. In an era where healthcare often becomes a commercial enterprise, the Javvaji couple remained steadfast in their philosophy: "Medical care should be accessible and affordable to the common man." Their journey, which started with maternal and child health services, has grown into a vast umbrella of trust, supported by Dr. Koti Nagaiah’s vast experience and Dr. Venkata Lakshmi’s clinical precision.

Dr. J. Kotinagaiah along with his wife Dr. J. Venkata Lakshmi — a distinguished paediatrician & Gynacologist — planted the seeds of this legacy, dedicating their life to the well-being of children and families across Tenali & surrounding areas of Guntur districts. their unwavering belief: "Every patient deserves the best care, irrespective of their economic background."
